RECEIVING DONATIONS: To get started, complete this DocuSign Power form. This form will help confirm your eligibility. You will need to upload at least one of these documents:
- Institute of Museum and Library Services verification of funding If you currently receive funding through a Basic or Enhancement grant, you may upload your Grant Award Letter.
- Tribal Resolution If you have an official tribal resolution establishing your library, upload it.
- Authorization Letter from Tribal Administration If you do not have either of the above, request an authorization letter from your tribal leadership. It can be as simple as this one paragraph statement: “This letter is to confirm that (INSERT NAME OF TRIBAL LIBRARY) is the authorized library entity for the (NAME OF TRIBE).”
Once TechSoup has established your eligibility, an account will be opened for you, at which time you may commence receiving the benefits.
