ATALM2023 Scholarship Information

REGISTRATION

You were awarded a Full Registration which includes a preconference workshop or tour and all evening events.
To register, please click here. In the comment section of the registration form, indicate you are a scholar. When payment is requested, indicate Purchase Order.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CERTIFICATE

Learn more or apply to participate in the Professional Development Certificate Program and view the eligible workshops and tours here.
If you are participating in the Professional Development Certificate Program, you must select a session or workshop that aligns with your Certificate choice.

TRAVEL

Travel is not included in the scholarship award and is your responsibility. More information on travel can be found here.
Even though travel is not included in your Scholarship Award, all 2023 Scholars must verify travel arrangements by Friday, September 22, 2023. Please send a copy of your flight itinerary to [email protected].

LODGING

If your Scholarship Award includes Lodging, your reservation will be made by ATALM. Do not make a reservation directly with the hotel. If you have already booked a hotel room for October 23-26, you will need to cancel it with the hotel. ATALM does not reimburse for rooms.
If you wish to extend your stay beyond the nights covered by your Scholarship Award, please make arrangements with the hotel.
You are responsible for any incidentals, i.e., room service, in-room movies, telephone charges, etc.
Shared Lodging will consist of a room with double beds. There is no extra charge. Roommates will be assigned by ATALM.
Private Lodging is subject to availability and will be an additional fee of $108.00 per night. If you selected Private Lodging, ATALM will send you an invoice for the upgrade. Four nights lodging is $432. Payment must be received by Friday, September 22, 2023. If payment is not received by the deadline, your private room will be released and you will be assigned a roommate.

VOLUNTEER:

All 2023 Scholars are required to volunteer at least one hour before, during, or after the Conference. Please complete the 2023 Volunteer Form before Friday, September 1, 2023.

SESSION ATTENDANCE

All 2023 Scholars are required to participate in a minimum of nine concurrent sessions during the Conference. Sign in sheets will be available in each meeting room.

SOCIAL MEDIA

All 2023 Scholars are asked to help promote and disseminate information about the Conference through social media. Please use #ATALM2023 for all Conference related posts.

EVALUATION

All 2023 Scholars are asked to complete a short Scholar Experience Evaluation after the Conference.

CANCELATION

If you must cancel your scholarship, we ask that you do so by Friday, September 22, 2023. If you do not cancel your scholarship in a timely manner, you may be financially responsible for reimbursing ATALM any funds expended on your behalf.

JOB OR STUDENT ENROLLMENT CHANGES

If your job position changes, please notify ATALM immediately to determine if you are still eligible to receive a scholarship. Scholarships are non-transferable.
