The 2018 International Conference of Indigenous Archives, Libraries, and Museums provides exhibitors with an unprecedented opportunity to interact with representatives/decision makers of tribal libraries, museums, archives, indigenous language programs, and historic preservation offices from throughout the nation and the world. Only thoroughly vetted exhibitors, representing the best in the field of service to museums, archives, and libraries, will be accepted. Exhibitors, advertisers, and sponsors are listed as "preferred vendors" on the Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums for one year after the conference. Exhibit booths are $750 each and include a skirted and draped table, two chairs, and signage. A special Non-Profit/Tribal Organization rate of $500 is also available.

The full-color, spiral bound conference program book provides an opportunity to connect with tribal libraries, museums, and archives from throughout the world. Of added value to you, the book includes a directory of attendees, speaker bios, and other information that extend its shelf life as it becomes a useful reference tool long after the conference is over.

Tote bag information/materials will be inserted into ATALM conference bags for a fee of $500. Organizations may provide a small promotional item or a printed material.

Organizations and corporations affiliated with the archive, library and museum field are invited to join ATALM as an Affiliated Organization or Corporate Member. Membership cost is $500 and includes:

  • $250 discount on ATALM conference exhibit booth
  • Profile and link on ATALM Membership List
  • Listed as a Preferred Vendor on ATALM Website
  • Priority consideration for Exhibit Hall space at annual conference
